- In those rare cases when the bonus did not apply to the deposit (or in case player wanted to take a bonus but did not do it by mistake), he/she should contact our support before placing any bets and we will add the bonus to the account. Please note, that player will not get a bonus in case he/she started placing bets from the deposited money before he got a bonus.
- All type of bonuses have a restriction called wagering. Wagering (same as playthrough or rollover) is the number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cashout the winnings made by playing with the bonus. It means that you need to play over the bonus money amount multiplied on the wager amount. For example: additionally to your deposit amount, you receive a bonus of €100, wagering is x35 times. It means, that you need to make bets on the amount of €3500 (€100 x 35 times). The withdrawal is restricted until you finish the needed wagering amount. As soon as you finish the needed wagering amount, you can request a withdrawal.
